A dream, a beer, and a business plan
Somewhere in the back of our minds, we have that one thing that drives us. A vision, a dream, an opportunity. So seldom do people really know what they’re capable of until they act on their impulses. For us, Meddlesome Brewing Company was always there, in some shape or form. It was that nagging voice telling us to try harder, to never give up, and to achieve the dream at any cost. In meddling with convention, you can discover truths within the fringe. So began the Meddlesome spirit: Never fear meddling with convention in search of something greater. That, and we were meddling little shits growing up.
The high service rating was earned by a pleasant young lady who was very helpful AND helped me to my table with beers (one of which was root) not only to be nice but to pet our dog Ralphie the blue nosed pit. She also has a blue nose. Overall, just a very pleasant experience.
My wife had a blonde with one of the best heads on a beer I have seen. She said it tasted great too! The selection was nice and varied and I was able to enjoy both an Fine English porter and a good brown ale. All beers went well with our Memphis barbecue! Definitely someplace I would go to again!

We’ve been to Meddlesome a few times and we have enjoyed the beers. Though new to the scene in Memphis, they have a solid selection of types of beers. They even make a cream soda and a root beer, which works well for those who want to enjoy the craft brews without the alcohol. Works also for families, considering that they offer various board games to help with entertainment.
The staff is very good and try their best to take care of everyone. When you visit here, understand that the bartender is the only one that will cover any orders, whether at the bar or for any tables, so be patient the beer is worth it.
The facility provides some great choices for seating. There is the bar, tables close to the bar and also seating available out back on the deck. To get out back, you pass through the brewing are which also has an area for a band.

I go here maybe once a week, Memphis is lucky to have maybe a half dozen good brewery’s, but meddlesome is by far the best beer. it is nice the brewery is out east, kinda funky location in a strip warehouse /office complex but it works out well, across from Shelby farms dog park location is nice. plenty of room with a deck, best staff in Memphis, and a nice tap room. enjoy the food, promotions and new beer release, they arent afraid to try something new, dont miss this one!

Always a good time with some of the friendliest owners you’ll ever meet! Lots of live music and other events,and dog friendly so you can bring your fur baby while enjoying your deliciously crafted beer. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick beer and the bartender recommended the pilsner. It was good, especially when considering that many craft pilsners fall off the mark.
The bar was crowded and the vibe was chill. I enjoyed my beer and caught up on e-mails on my phone.
The location is in an industrial area, but many craft breweries are. I was there before and returned and I can see myself returning again.

Wide variety of beer styles, a calendar full of events including great music on Sundays….bingo on Tuesdays….trivia on Wednesdays…and my favorite $4 pints on Thursdays..
